PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By ordering from us or by accepting delivery, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed in our company’s policy, privacy policy, and return policy.WigFX and the customer are in agreement that the terms and conditions are exclusive terms governing any sales transaction between WigFX and the customer. Any attempt to alter, amend, change or modify any of these terms and/or conditions by the customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, rendering null and void. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without written or verbal notice. Please check these terms and conditions everytime you purchase or accept delivery of any goods from WigFX.

PRODUCT PRICES

Our prices are not fixed prices and this could change at anytime due to exchange rates.

RETURN POLICY

All return/exchange requests must be made within seven days of receipt of your shipment and return postage paid by you. Return/exchange merchandise must be returned in new condition, with original packing material.
Brushed or shaken out merchandise will not be accepted for return unless there is a factory defect. If there is a factory defect or an incorrect item is shipped, we will be happy to exchange the item for you.

Due to health reasons we cannot accept a return if the wig has been tried on or worn in any way. Please choose carefully – there are no cash refunds. A credit invoice will be issued.

Product listed as in stock: Processing time is within 1-3 working days starting from day of payment.
Product listed as Out of stock: We can re-order most of our wigs, we request a 50% deposit to be made prior to ordering from manufacturer.

On placing your order, you will receive an email confirming we have received your order, an email with an breakdown of your order costs and tracking information. Our nationwide courier service is www.nowcouriers.co.nz, where you can track your order.
